I'd always joked that nearly every "gaming" Android emulator that doesn't require a lot of setup was spyware at worst and merely riddled with ads and pops at best, but I never thought I'd see it firsthand.

Try change the Power Setting to High Performance and run the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7, mine also freeze very often after I upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10.

This is not a failure to uninstall, this is a deliberate shady tactic to keep files on the user's pc without their knowledge. Files that constantly run preventing the folder from being deleted.
