Geoguessr has this neat feature where if you zoom in on a country it shows you the native language/script. Comparing this to the writing you found in game can be a huge help.

Geoguessr as a platform has been a bit hit or miss recently, but they pulled off a proper ESports event with little to no drama. Props to them for putting together such a hype event

In the original geoguessr you get a score per round out of 5000 points. If your guess is right on target you get the full 5000 points, and it decreases as your guess gets further away.

I've been playing Geoguessr at low intensity for a long while, but for the last couple of days I decided to start grinding duels for the first time to see how far I could get. I was sitting comfortably in gold league and eventually broke into master after about 200 games. I really hope I can manage to stay there. Why?

I can't seem to find a list of all of the countries that are not on geoguessr. Some of the lists are confusing or outdated.
