I'm trying to have a box with tabs, and have found many tutorials on how it's done with javascript to switch between the tabs. Is there anyway to have tabs without javascript?

I was looking for a particular game that I didn't get to play much during my childhood (Lego Racers 2 if anyone's curious) and I saw it was on myabandonware.com, though I'm curious if it's still safe since all the posts I could find on it were from at least a year ago.
