Apps that are installed but can't be launched? When I long press on the Play Store app, I found a master list of all of my phone's installed apps. From there, I can open each app's page in the Play store -- where I'm given the option to open or uninstall.

I too have this issue. I have removed it from my app library and revoke google drive access. But it still remains in the ''previously installed apps'' even marking as not interested still does not remove the app. On a side note. There are also app that are still currently installed and working shown in the same section.
