When the Excel document is initially loaded, the cells are populated with #VALUE!. If I highlight the cell, and go to Formulas, Evaluate Formula, the cell gets evaluated as #VALUE!. If I highlight the cell, click at the end of the formula in the formula bar, and press enter, the value gets populated correctly! If I debug the function, the return value is always correct too!
