Hello TW36, I few things to check, is this only happening from this one word document have you tried others? Make sure that the tray attributes and what is selected in the print driver properties matches exactly. If you're still having issue I would suggest that you call into the support department for more assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

is it possible to print plano sheets on xerox versant 180 from two different cassettes on 2 different paper weights, e.g. 10 pages on 130g and then e.g. 20 pages on 250g and again on 130g.

Download the xerox global print driver PCL6 under quick links section from support.xerox.com or in printing preferences go to the advanced tab (farthest tab to the right) and enable/disable postscript passthrough ( make it the opposite of what it is now) and for font policies change to " download as soft font".

note: it wants the bypass tray from word and pdf, but when i print from chrome browser, it works. i failed to find the correct settings. set the defaults to tray 1, in: word, pdf, xerox homepage, xerox app. last driver from xerox website, all the xerox sw is downloaded 3 days ago from xilinx. the printer is WorkCenrte 6515DN. please help.

Printing - - My CP225w will not print what is shown on the computer screen. For all documents, it adds margins to the top and bottom and condenses text and pictures to 80-90%. It appears as if the printer thinks the paper size is smaller than A4.This has recently started - no problems at all before this. I have checked paper and output size. These are OK.
