I'm currently working on some homebrew races and subclasses and I'm trying to figure out how to add custom races to the 5eTools website. When I go to the Homebrew Builder page it looks like it's just for adding monsters.

Construct the same page in 5etools so that, to you, it looks identical. Feed ChatGPT both source files and tell it to write a python, .net or other program to translate the homebrewery source to 5etools source. Keep in mind that homebrewery features that do not have an equivalent on 5etools will not be translated, of course.

I just got Foundry, and one of the reasons I bought it in the first place was to use 5e.tools ' add on (Plutonium), but both the site and the wiki are down... does anyone have a way for me to download it?

I use the stat block maker on 5etools, personally. If won't give you a nice page or anything, but it's just a very useful and IMO a very easy stat block maker. It also then keeps all your homebrews in a specific place all together, you can load any existing statblock as a base and then edit it, which I use quite often. Downside is that it's a little bit tricky formatting things like headings ...
