Did anyone ship a large and fragile item from Amazon.de. I’m thinking about buy a monitor and not sure whether it’s safe to ship it from Germany to Finland.

Now this morning, looking at one of my credit card activities, I see an expense from Amazon.de to the same amount as one of the emails I received. I immediately called the CC company to report the activity and deactivate the card.

I've been scrolling through this subreddit today because I have the exact same problem. I returned 2 items on 12/26 and have the receipt from UPS but Amazon still says "return started" and all the instructions with the code as if I had not yet returned it. Usually I get a refund to my account balance just a couple of hours after returning items. Reply reply axmadka •

Just FYI if you buy off Amazon.de, they don’t do chat support in English - they still do phone support though and it is excellent.

I received a text and an email from Amazon for an "Amazon security alert: Sign-in".

But what about DHL Paketshops? Can I walk in, greet, tell the tracking number, show my ID (Obviously, not a german ID, as I am from another European country), and leave with my package easily?

I also noticed some products from Amazon.de do ship directly to Bulgaria, would it still be cheaper to use the delivery service that ships to Germany and then redirect it to BG?
