Operation Raccoon City is a better Resident Evil 3 game than whatever the hell they did with the poorly made Resident Evil 3 remake. I guess that explains why they won't fix it or sell the game again.

New Update (1.9MB) Probable change log Here! I just looked at the change log through steamdb, apparently here are some notable changes: 1-xlive.dll ( + xlive.pdb ). Lets the EXE start even if GFWL is not installed; all GFWL calls now do nothing instead of crashing.
