The customer service options are telling me 3 different statuses for the same tracking number and I can’t get a human being on the phone to save my life. I might have to just drive to a store and start knocking things off the shelves until someone acknowledges that I actually exist.

If you are waiting for a package and the tracking says "Label Created" and "Shipment Information Sent to Fedex" then Fedex does not have the package yet.

Does anyone know of a way to use VBA/PowerQuery/maybe PowerBI so that I can have all of my tracking numbers listed in column A, run the query, and populate columns b,c,d.. with the corresponding status, eta, etc???

This is real. Only the domain owner can add a subdomain like that. c2p.clearance before the fedex.com is what im talking about. No one is authorised to buy a domain like that since the main domain here is fedex.com only. People here have no idea and just look at the long link and think YEAH it’s a scam because it has a long URL!!!

The scam - the FedEx tracking number was real and a product was delivered to a home. The FedEx tracking site showed a photo of a package sitting on a front porch.

To speak to a customer service rep at FedEx, do the following: Call 1-800-463-3339 At the first prompt, say "Give me options" At the second prompt, say "More options" At the third prompt, say "Even more options" At the fourth prompt, say "It's something else" At the next prompt, do not say anything or enter your tracking number.

TLDR: I am missing a FedEx Ground package and all I have is the pick up confirmation number. Package was picked up 2 weeks ago. I set up a pick up from a hotel where I left a bag. I opened an account, added a credit card and set up the pickup through FedEx Ground. The package was picked up the next day from the hotel, the manager texted me.
