They had a service charge of 1% and 4.3k closing costs. We liked it and said yes. Realtor wanted to list at 700k with closing costs and commissions far above what Zillow charged.

Zillow is about to get a lot worse in terms of accuracy when their feed from Listhub dies April 1. Realtor.com is supposed to be updated directly from the MLS feeds every 15 minutes. It is dependent on what information the MLS allows to be pulled and updated though. The original listing gets pulled along with the initial photos.
