Super 88 and Ninety Eight both had 394 in 1959 so a later 394 should bolt to a four speed Jetaway HydraMatic. 1959 D88 371 were all two-barrel carbs and the 1963 S88 engine had a four-barrel, so hopefully all the transmission throttle valve linkage got transferred with the 1963 engine or transplanted from a four-barrel 1959 car.

With the low miles and documentation probably not a bad price on this car, but the right buyer has to come along. I think we've seen this car for sale here before. In 2001, the Patrick County (VA) High School athletic booster club had their annual fundraiser car show and I took the 1974 Hurst/Olds.
