In the workspace view, you can create SAP shortcuts from any folder under the Local folder. You can change content of the Shortcuts folder in SAP Logon (but not in SAP Logon Pad) as follows:

Go to the screen for the task you want to run, and choose with the quick info text Generates a Shortcut or choose with the quick info text Customizing of Local Layout -> Create Shortcut.
