If you're wanting to run ads on tik tok though, I think you have to be a business account. Also, with personal accounts you can't put a link in your bio until you reach a certain number of followers (1000 I believe), but with a business account you can add a link right away.

Hi guys, Has anyone had any copywrite issues when uploading tik tok videos after passing a copywrite check (once while editing photos on Cap Cut, then again as your uploading the video)?
