He has approved it through leave web and has concurred and approved the dates. My question is how long does it normally take to obtain an Leave Authorization number? It’s been sitting there for a week now and my terminal was accepted last minute so I’d only have almost 3 weeks to out process before my terminal date.

So for finance purposes and things being covered because you won't be covered for things while on Leave: so how does one determine what's Leave and what's a travel day? Additionally, how do i apply for leave in route? I'm confused how the process works.

If you are on leave status according to your approved leave web submission then you are on leave at that time. The unit commander is able to recall you from leave if needed.

Same problem here UPDATE: Just got an email from our local IT folks stating that it is an enterprise level issue with Leave Web and is being worked on. No ETA for a fix. UPDATE 2: Issue is fixed for me. Was just able to sign my request.
