Tracking a package after 120 days... I need to track a package that is past the 120 day mark, UPS.com just says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information." Odd, because I just checked a fedex package from over a year ...

If it hasn’t been handed off to UPS yet, how could they accurately estimate? 90% of these come down to the shipper printing the label/tracking and not physically shipping the box yet. That allows them to mark it as shipped to hit their metrics, without doing the work of shipping yet. Add a couple days for them to pull and pack and then UPS ...

My USPS tracking number says that the package is still in pre-shipment. The last notification I received was on june 8 from UPS stating that the package has arrived at the local post office. I'm assuming due to COVID and the extreme bulk of packages in the mail, everything is delayed.

Work is shipped in, processed, and shipped back at customer's expense. Especially with new customers, we don't always have UPS information on-hand.
