ninite-like driver program? I was showing a fellow redditor ninite, and we both wondered if there existed a program anyone was aware of that actively monitored your system specs and then (like ninite) actively procured updates for things like video drivers, chipset updates, BIOS updates etc... Windows 11 machines, the C:\\Windows\\Installer folder gets dozens of 1gb .msi files every month? They keep downloading to the folder and never disappear. Some machines have filled up over 300gb of these files hitting that folder.  Any idea what might cause it? It's not a folder we can just...

I am quite disappointed in Adobe that it has forbidden Ninite to allow downloads of Flash Player.  Is it jsut for the possible installation of the Ask Toolbar?

What about if installations were done with Ninite? That's usually the only way I install ImgBurn and from what I understand their installation media is pretty well curated.

By making ninite.com remove the Flash Player from their very handy website makes the life of 10000000000 IT professionals worldwide miserable. I don't think Adobe is the kind of company who wants to make people miserable, is it?

It doesn't look to be official, but the bottom of this page on their website has a link to Fosshub, where you can download the latest bulds. I've never heard anything bad about Fosshub. They have an excellet Web of Trust score. From their about page: We (FossHub Team) HATE bundles, "software installers" or any other crap that ruins the reputation of a program.

Adobe Reader is no longer on Ninite. A coworker mentioned in passing something about adobe making money on the Yahoo toolbar...or vice versa.....or honestly I could be wrong.

That is the official site. I always use ninite.com for simplicity myself but I'm usually installing 7zip and my other "always install" programs.
