FCA (Free Carrier – Taşıyıcıya Teslim) teslim şekli, dış ticarette satıcının malları ihracat gümrük işlemleri tamamlanmış biçimde, alıcının belirlediği taşıyıcıya ya da teslim noktasına bırakmasını ifade eden Incoterms 2020 kuralıdır.

FCA teslim biçiminde lojistik süreçleri yönetecek firmanın sorumluluğu malları belirlenen yerden alması ile birlikte sınırlı şekilde başlar. Lojistik yönetimi üstlenen firma ile satıcı taraf arasında bir sözleşme yapılması söz konusu olabilir.

FCA, İngilizce Free Carrier teriminin kısaltılmış şeklidir. Uluslararası ticarette, satıcının ülkesinde teslim yeri belirterek taşımacıya teslim anlamına gelmektedir.

FCA teslim şeklinde mallar alıcının belirlediği nakliye firmasına teslim edilir. Teslim yeri satıcının ülkesinde belirlenen yerdir.
