Go to the EAC directory inside Chivalry 2 at *Steam\steamapps\common\Chivalry 2\EasyAntiCheat. Run ‘EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe’. Select ‘Chivalry 2’ as the game (May appear as Game 488) Hit ‘Repair Service’. Hit ‘Finish’. Confirm EAC is not being blocked by your anti-virus of firewall.

Navigate to the folder where Chivalry 2 is installed or go to your Steam library, right-click the game, Manage, and then click on Browse Local Files to open the game folder

If you have EAC failing to launch, the window pops up, closes, and you can't get past that. I found the solution after a fresh install of windows which gave me a pop up. You have to turn off Memory Integrity setting. Doing this will allow EAC to access the files it needs to which will let your game launch.
