You are not being ripped off. Tesco prices differ with areas and express stores are always more. Companies like Whoosh also charge higher. You are paying for the privilege of getting groceries quick. If you use Tesco themselves for deliveries, you will see it’s cheaper.

I wrote to Tesco to complain about a product using the email address I found on line - customer.services@tesco.co.uk - but I got an immediate bounce back. So I went on to facebook and said I had a complaint and wanted to know how to log it. No response after a week.

Not sure there’s a current thread specifically for Tesco online delivery customers, but a lot of people use them pretty much exclusively, so it might be a good place to exchange thoughts. The good - pretty reliable, I’ve found, and lower prices than Waitrose.
