No AnyDesk isn't Spyware, its connect and control software. If someone isn't actively connected to you they wouldn't be able to use AnyDesk to see what you're doing.

EDIT: I uninstalled anydesk from both PCs. Then tried reinstalling on the new PC. It would not let me reuse the old alias, which means it NEVER returns to the namespace, even after a clean uninstall. And copying the config files over the new installation also doesn't work. So there is NO WAY to transfer an alias to a new PC that I know of.
