I then go to the internet and find that for the last 3 years, Disney+ on PC has been limited to 720p and apparently, this is to prevent DRM circumvention on higher resolutions. This clearly hasn't worked since this is the release day of Loki season 2, and if you care to check, Disney's limit of 720p has NOT achieved its goal in the slightest.

It depends on your country as to which of the three Spider-man movies they have (as they are the only MCU films not owned and distributed by Disney). Most territories seem to have at least Homecoming and Far From Home, with only a few select countries currently streaming No Way Home. All the rest of the MCU should be available in your country.
