Teachers Service Commission Code of Regulations for Teachers, regulation 52 (1) provide for the Commission to develop an open performance appraisal system for teachers in its employment.

Officials from the Teachers Service Commission, TSC, will personally monitor teachers’compliance with the TPAD2 requirements. This is as per the latest circular from TSC.

TPAD Login requires that you enter your TSC Number, ID Number and Password. The TPAD tool is a performance evaluation mechanism that assesses the performance of a teacher as per the set standards prescribed by the Teachers Service Commission, TSC. The TPAD 2 system is more elaborate and detailed.

TPAD2 — the Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development online portal — is the system every Teachers Service Commission (TSC) employee uses to appraise their own performance every term.
