Check the YouTube content restrictions page to see if you have any network or account level restrictions. A check mark will display beside the relevant restriction, and the text below will indicate the restriction level. If your DNS restrictions are on, and the level is set to “moderate” or “strict," you have content filtering turned on.

Everything works great; my computer reboots nightly so OBS is in my Startup folder, the stream is set to start before sunrise and end after sunset, it streams to YouTube just fine, EXCEPT for this damn "You need to set up a broadcast before you can start streaming" stopping everything from running.

Cancel or pause your YouTube TV membership You can cancel or pause your YouTube TV membership at any time. When you cancel or pause your membership, you'll still have access to YouTube TV until the end of your payment period. Canceling YouTube TV does not immediately remove your access to the service, even during the free trial period.

Manage your location settings for YouTube Primetime Channels To watch sports, shows, and other content on YouTube Primetime Channels, you may need to turn on Location Sharing and set your location. Verifying your location is necessary because the content you see can depend on where you are.

In the YouTube app, tap your profile photo Settings Purchases and memberships. If you recently lost access to YouTube Premium and resubscribed, it will take a few hours for saved videos to show once you've resubscribed.
