I find chunkbase to be very accurate for Java seeds, though I can't say for Bedrock edition. For Java, there are some issues with determining the spawn point under certain circumstances, and it seems to miss the occasional generated structure (such as a village that generates near the boundary of its relevant biome).

Chunkbase is already the best tool out there. The algorithm for dungeon finder is messed up. You have to find a dungeon the old school way.
