Can a guest account that has global admin access admin.microsoft.com We are having a partner do a best practice review of our o365 environment. I want them to use their own tenant accounts and I'll add them as guest with PIM to global admin. That part works, but they can't access admin.microsoft.com it keeps defaulting back to their tenant.
