アメリカの西部らしいシアトルで30年以上愛されてきたビーガンレストランです。 ご自分がビーガンでなくても、ローズマリーのレモネードやアボカドトースト、また同じ経営のベーカリーもあるため、コーヒーやデニッシュなども楽しめます。 また内装が明るく、レストランは大まかに3つ（光がたくさん入るセクション、屋根付きヒーター付き屋外、左側の奥）に分かれていて自然を感じさせる造りになっています。 ローカルの人々に大人気のレストランで、週末はなかなか入るのが大変なくらいですが、人数により電話で予約も可能です。 シアトルに来て4年 在米30年以上で、シアトル以外にオハイオ州、フィラデルフィア郊外、ワシントンDC,シカゴ、サンフランシスコ、ニューヨーク郊外に住んだことがあります。

The beach is far less crowded than weekend hotspots, making it easy to find a spot to unwind, swim, or simply soak in the views of Lake Washington. Bonus: we are plenty far away from World Cup traffic, making it an easy destination when you’re looking for a laid-back summer outing! 🌿🌊

Cafe Flora has been a Seattle institution for over 30 years, capturing the hearts of our guests with a delicious vegetarian menu that celebrates the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

We visited Cafe Flora for a late lunch when it wasn’t too busy. We were given a lovely seat by the window, framed by beautiful potted plants, and had a leisurely lunch.

Cafe Flora is one of my favorite entirely vegetarian restaurants in Seattle. It was one of first vegetarian restaurants I tried after becoming vegetarian and has been a staple since going vegan plus it holds a special place in my heart for other reasons.
