Can't send Spectrum emails in Outlook, Spectrum blames outlook Running Windows 11 and using default "Mail" program, but that's going away and we're supposed to use the "new" Outlook. I have set up multiple email accounts there, yahoo, hotmail, and spectrum.

Given that Copilot Chat works in other M365 apps and is missing tenant-wide in both OWA and Outlook Classic, this strongly points to a service-side or rollout-related issue, rather than licensing or configuration. Especially since there were no policy or admin changes and OWA is affected, local client settings can likely be ruled out.

The only way to get Copilot working on Outlook Classic was to revert to a previous working version, only then Copilot works as expected. This only happens in Outlook Classic; Copilot works fine on the latest version of Microsoft Office 365 with Word, Excel, etc.
