You don't purchase tickets from skyscanner. You find prices on skyscanner, which then sends you to an external site to buy the tickets directly from the airline.

People love to use Skyscanner to check flights. Did you know that it's a Chinese owned online travel agency who will switch you to whoever's going to give them the biggest commission? Instead of using Skyscanner start using Google flights. And then book directly with the airline. If you do get charged but don't get the tickets dispute the charge with your credi card company.
