i was wondering how to achieve the horizontal padding between controls in a customized Ribbon UI. In excel 2007 if you look at the group "font" you'll see what I mean: the two lines of controls are spaced equally withing the group.

That happened a lot of time for me because i tried to figure out where that came from at the beginning. The issue is on of these time, i got a blue screen said me that "windows didn’t load correctly" i restarted and everything seems fine until now.

I purchased my Surface Pro 6 256GB in December and often when I use the device there is a very irritating screen brightness flicker. Sometimes this goes away by itself other times I need to put the device to sleep or restart. This also does not always immediately fix the problem.
