今天我点击打印机的“打开打印机应用”，想清洗一下打印机喷头，提示“抱歉，发生错误 我们目前无法加载Hp SMart”，如图一，然后我又到控制面板的打印机里，点击Hp Smart，打开的页面一直是个圆圈转悠，没有反应，是什么问题啊，之前还好使啊？？？

Despite all of this, HP App still shows the same message asking for location access, and won’t proceed with Wi-Fi printer setup. My goal is to set up the printer over Wi-Fi.
