我用的方法是： 1.在GPT网页版→右上角找到自己的头像，点开后再点击“设置”选项； 2.在“通用设置”里点击“已归档的聊天”的“管理”按键，就能看到，可以取消归档。 我也是很烦和AI的聊天记录不好翻、不好存，想找只能一直往上滑鼠标。
