Mods downloaded from Nexus Mods are identified by the MD5 hash of the zip archive that is downloaded. If you download from other sources you'll need to make a custom extension to support identifying them.

This means that when Vortex tried to deploy the mods to your game folder, something prevented it from adding the info.json file correctly. We've never been able to replicate this so at this point we're assuming it's specific to particular user setups. If you can provide a bit more info about your setup we might be able to help further. What does it say for "fnis is not installed"? Are you using the "update engine" button before running Nemesis? Are you choosing any options in Nemesis at all? Do you have mods that add animations? There is an option in the settings for Vortex that runs fnis every time your mods are deployed. Is that option currently enabled?

Well the issue is that when i use the nexus mod manager and look at the plugins section, i noticed that there´s several mods that is not functioning because of a missing file (Armorkeywords.esm MISSING) where the text is highlighted in a red text which leads me to the conclusion that it´s not working : ( .

The issues you're mentioning are indicative of javascript not working in your browser. Ensure you do not have anything blocking our javascript from working ("internet security suites", browser plugins, browser settings, etc.) else the site will not function properly.
