How long does it take for a new MLS for sale posting to hit the consumer sites - Zillow, realtor.com, etc.?

I have all my listings on realtor.com linked with a virtual tour. I get a weekly report from the virtual tour company that says how many hits the listing received and from what website they came from (realtor.com, my website, my company's website, local MLS, or other) I don't know of any other way to see how many hits you get on realtor.com. Just out of curiousity: Bought a house 2.5 years ago and recently noticed that the Zillow listing still has 90 pictures of the house on it. Is this a normal thing to leave up for so long after a sale? I’d noticed most other listings remove the pics right after the sale.

When I do a home search on those sites a couple of results pop up but then the downloading stops. I have Windows 10 with all of the updates so compatibility shouldn't be an issue. I have noticed a very long alphanumeric string in the address bar when I first press enter but then the string disappears and the bar just shows Zillow.com or Realtor.com.
