What do I need to access my Frasers Plus account for the first time? All you’ll need is the email address and the mobile phone number that you had registered with your Studio Pay account.

You will still be able to shop with Studio and Ace but will need to purchase using an alternative payment method. Please do not make any payments to Studio Pay as your balance has been moved.
