Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require email verification or additional security checks.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, compatibility information and prices are intended to be accurate, but features may evolve. A purchase grants the license shown for that product and plan; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of CTR-L software.
3. Orders, payments and taxes
Orders may be processed by CTR-L or a third-party store/payment provider. Payment is due using the methods offered at checkout. Taxes, invoice details, exchange rates and store fees may depend on your location and transaction provider. A license is normally issued or activated after payment has been successfully verified.
4. Digital delivery and licenses
Downloads and license entitlements are delivered electronically to the account or through the relevant store. Keep your license and account secure. Device limits, duration, offline grace and activation rules are shown by the applicable product/license plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CTR-L services to commit unlawful acts, attack systems, distribute malicious code, infringe rights, evade technical access controls, automate abusive traffic or interfere with other users. We may rate-limit, block or suspend abusive activity to protect the service.
6. User content
You retain rights in content you create and upload. You grant CTR-L only the limited permission needed to process content when you intentionally use a hosted feature such as support attachment, account synchronization or another upload/share function. You are responsible for having the rights needed for content you submit.
7. Changes, maintenance and discontinuation
We may update, improve or replace features and may perform maintenance. Where a paid service is materially discontinued, applicable law and the specific purchase terms determine any remedy. Security and compatibility updates may be required for continued online-service access.
8. Intellectual property
CTR-L software, site design, branding and original service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right is granted to use CTR-L trademarks or redistribute proprietary software except as expressly allowed.
9. Consumer rights, disputes and contact
